Start with our FREE class trial. This trial will help you to learn the basics of punching to give you a better full body workout.

WHAT TO BRING YOUR FIRST CLASS

Comfortable workout clothing, Clean shoes, water bottle, towel. Community gloves are available at this time. .

SHOW UP EARLY

*ATTENTION* All first timer. For the best possible experience, please arrive 20 minutes prior to class start time for your introduction.

Roll With The Punches

All PUNCH classes offer a FIGHT – TRAIN – SWEAT progressive training program starting with a cardio base of Boxing (FIGHT) then incorporating various types of strength (TRAIN) and HIIT (SWEAT) training. This workout is programmed and developed by fit pro’s so you can come at least 5 days a week to achieve the best results possible and improve your overall health and fitness.
